Therapy that fits into real life

Between work, kids and everything else, getting to an office every week can feel impossible. Online therapy lets you meet from home, from your car on a lunch break, or from two different rooms if that's what feels safest.

The work is the same attachment-focused, trauma-informed care I offer in person.
